• A+ Certification
• Network + Certification (asset)
• MCSE (asset)
• CCNA (asset)

Experience

• 1 - 3 years computer service experience
• Proven service track record

Type of Service / Repairs

• Involves day, night and weekend on-site service
• workstations, printers, multi-function units, monitors, servers, computer peripheral equipment, cash registers, electronic banking equipment, POS equipment, debit terminals, lottery terminals, ATM’s

Security

• Bondable, Basic security clearance, and Criminal background check are required.

Languages

• Speak, read and write English, French is an asset

Transportation

• Vehicle supplied by employer, valid driver's licence required, must be willing to travel

Customer Satisfaction Skills

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to show empathy toward the customer
• On-call 24/7 on a rotating basis
