- Involves day, night and weekend on-site service
- IBM compatible PC's, servers, computer peripheral equipment, cash registers, electronic banking equipment, POS equipment, debit terminals, lottery terminals, ATM’s
Security
- Bondable, Basic security clearance, Enhanced reliability security clearance, Criminal record check (abstract)
Languages
- Speak, read and write English, French is an asset
Transportation
- Vehicle supplied by employer, valid driver's licence required, must be willing to travel
Customer Satisfaction Skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to show empathy toward the customer
- On-call 24/7 on a rotating basis
